Professor Hall is internationally recognised for his work at the forefront of risk analysis and decision-making for infrastructure systems and climate change adaptation. Professor Hall led the development of the National Infrastructure Systems model and was a contributing author to the Nobel Prize-winning Fourth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.
